Pot 4: Three play-off winners, Serbia

If Wales loses to Turkey and Croatia wins or draws with Armenia, Italy advances to the fourth round. Pot 3 should Wales surpass Croatia
Turkey: Pot 3 if they finish behind Croatia, Pot 2 if they win their group.
Romania and Switzerland: The winner of the group advances to Pot 2, while the runner-up advances to Pot 4.
Teams who have the potential to automatically qualify:
Croatia: Playoffs if they place third, Pot 3 if they finish second, or Pot 2 if they win the group.
Wales: Playoffs if they place third, or Pot 4 if they place second in the group
Hamburg will host the draw in December.
